ชุดขวดเซรั่ม หรือขวดเซรุ่ม ประกอบไปด้วย ชั้นด้านในผลิตจากพลาสติก PP และชั้นด้านนอกผลิตจากพลาสติก AS ทำให้ขวดมีคุณสมบัติทนทาน และเหมาะกับผลิตภัณฑ์หลากหลายรูปแบบ ซึ่งพลาสติกทั้ง 2 ชนิด มีคุณสมบัติดังนี้

1. 1. 2. 2. AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene หรือ SAN) เป็นพลาสติกในกลุ่มเทอร์โมพลาสติก เกิดจากการทำปฏิกิริยาของของโมโนเมอร์ 2 ชนิด ระหว่าง อะคริโลไนไตรล์ (Acrylonitrile) และสไตรีน (Styrene) จากการรวมกันของพลาสติก 2 ชนิดดังกล่าว จึงเกิดเป็นพลาสติก AS หรือ SAN ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติความทนทานต่อความร้อน และสารเคมี พื้นผิวมันวาวสวยงาม สามารถปรับแต่งรูปทรงของพลาสติกได้ตามต้องการ โดยสัดส่วนของพลาสติกทั้ง 2 ชนิด ที่นำมาใช้ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามจุดประสงค์ของการใช้งาน จึงเหมาะที่จะนำมาผลิตเป็นชั้นด้านนอกของขวดเซรั่ม และขวดเครื่องสำอาง ที่ต้องการความคงทน และความสวยงาม

1. 1. PP (Polypropylene) is classified as a “thermoplastic” material and has properties of low density, Lightweight, Elasticity and Toughness. It has has good Chemical Resistance over a wide range of bases and acids as well as Heat Resistance. It is very resistant to absorbing moisture, which makes it perfect for Inner bottle that may require direct contact to bulk and hot-filled application. Moreover it is Recyclable with symbol no. 5.
2. 2. AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene or SAN) is classified as a “thermoplastic” material, consist of 2 monomers: Acrylonitrile and Styrene. It has properties of Heat and Chemical Resistance. Clear and smooth surfaces which makes it suitable to be the Outer Bottles that requires high durability and Elegance.

2 Layer Bottles assemble with Plastic Pump or Plastic pump cover Aluminum Collar and Plastic cover cap or Aluminium cover Plastic Cover Cap which can protect and maintain bulk to stay in good and fresh condition.
